From March 19 to 21, the Solar Power Mexico was held in Mexico City. As the second largest economy in Latin America, Mexico’s demand for solar power has increased steadily in recent years. 2018 was a year of rapid growth in Mexico’s solar market. For the first time, solar power exceeded wind power, accounting for 70% of the total power generation capacity. According to Asolmex analysis of Mexico Solar Energy Association, Mexico’s operating solar installed capacity has reached 3 GW by the end of 2018, and Mexico’s photovoltaic market will maintain strong growth in 2019. It is expected that Mexico’s accumulated photovoltaic installed capacity will reach 5.4 GW by the end of 2019.
At this exhibition, NAC 4-8K-DS has been highly praised by exhibitors for its intelligent design, exquisite appearance and high efficiency in Mexico’s highly demanded household photovoltaic market.
Latin America is also one of the most potential emerging energy storage markets. The rapid growth of population, the increasing development goal of renewable energy, and the relatively fragile grid infrastructure have all become important driving forces for the installation and application of energy storage systems. At this exhibition, RENAC ESC3-5K single-phase energy storage inverters and their associated energy storage system schemes have also attracted much attention.
Mexico is an emerging solar energy market, which is currently in a booming stage. RENAC POWER hopes to further lay out the Mexican market by providing more efficient and intelligent inverters and system solutions.
