On May 21-23, 2019, the EnerSolar Brazil+ Photovoltaic Exhibition in Brazil was held in Sao Paulo. RENAC Power Technology Co., Ltd. (RENAC) took the latest grid-connected inverter to participate in the exhibition.
According to data released by the Brazilian Institute of Applied Economics (Ipea) on May 7, 2019, solar power generation in Brazil increased tenfold between 2016 and 2018. In Brazil’s national energy mix, the proportion of solar energy increased from 0.1% to 1.4%, and 41,000 solar panels were newly installed. As of December 2018, Brazil’s solar and wind power generation accounted for 10.2% of the energy mix, and renewable energy accounted for 43%. This figure is close to Brazil’s commitment in the Paris Agreement, which will account for 45% of renewable energy by 2030.
In order to meet the needs of Brazilian customers, Renac grid-connected inverters NAC1, 5K-SS, NAC3K-DS, NAC5K-DS, NAC8K-DS, and NAC10K-DT have successfully passed the INMETRO test in Brazil, which provides technical and safety assurance for exploring the Brazilian market. At the same time, the acquisition of INMETRO certification has established a good reputation in the global photovoltaic circle for the technical strength of R&D and the quality of safe and reliable products.
It is understood that from August 27th to 29th, RENAC will also appear in Brazil’s largest professional photovoltaic exhibition Intersolar South America, which will further deepen the Renac South American PV market.
