The global supplier and manufacturer RENAC Power has announced to the photovoltaic market the new high-voltage hybrid storage systems, which consists of an N1 HV Series hybrid inverter 6KW (N1-HV-6.0) and up to four pieces Turbo H1 Series lithium battery module 3.74KWh, with optional system capacity of 3.74KWh, 7.48KWh, 11.23KWh and 14.97KWh. The battery voltage ranges from 80V to 450V, which means it is a high voltage system.
According to Fisher Xu, Product Manager of RENAC Power, the system’s Maximum battery capacity can reach up to 75kWh by paralleling 5PCS TB-H1-14.97, which can support most of the residential load.
Also according to Fisher, the advantage of the high voltage system, compared with the transitional low voltage hybrid system, is higher efficiency, smaller size and more reliable. The battery charging and discharging efficiency of most low-voltage energy storage inverters in the market is about 94.5%, while the charging efficiency of RENAC hybrid system can reach 98% while the discharge efficiency can reach 97%.
