RENAC starts its technical training program in Europe!

With the shipment of PV and energy storage products to overseas markets in large quantities, after-sales service management has also faced considerable challenges. Recently, Renac Power has held multi-technical training sessions in Germany, Italy, France, and other areas of Europe to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

 

Germany

Renac Power has been cultivating the European market for many years, and Germany is its core market, having ranked first in Europe’s photovoltaic installed capacity for many years.

 

The first technical training session was held at Renac Power’s German branch in Frankfurt on July 10th. It covers the introduction and installation of Renac’s three-phase residential energy storage products, customer service, meter installation, on-site operation, and troubleshooting for Turbo H1 LFP batteries.

 

Through the improvement of professional and service capabilities, Renac Power has helped the local solar storage industry move in a more diversified and high-level direction.

 

With the establishment of Renac Power’s German branch, the localization service strategy continues to deepen. In the next step, Renac Power will organize more customer-focused activities and training courses to improve its service and guarantee to customers.

 

Italy

The local technical support team of Renac Power in Italy conducted technical training for local dealers on July 19th. It provides dealers with cutting-edge design concepts, practical operation skills, and familiarity with Renac Power residential energy storage products. During the training, dealers learned how to troubleshoot, experience remote monitoring and maintenance operations, and solve problems they may encounter. In order to serve the customer better, we will address any doubts or questions, improve service levels, and provide better customer service.

 

To ensure professional service capabilities, Renac Power will assess and certify dealers. A certified installer can promote and install on the Italian market.

 

France

Renac Power held an empowerment training in France from July 19–26. Dealers received training in pre-sales knowledge, product performance, and after-sales service to improve their service levels overall. Through face-to-face communication, the training provided a deeper understanding of customers’ needs, enhanced mutual trust, and laid the foundation for future cooperation.

 

The training is the first step in Renac Power’s French training program. Through empowerment training, Renac Power will provide dealers with full-link training support from pre-sales to after-sales and strictly assess installer qualifications. Our goal is to ensure that local residents can receive timely and high-quality installation services.

 

In this European series of empowerment training, a new measure has been taken, and it is an important step forward. This is the first step toward developing a cooperative relationship between Renac Power and dealers and installers. It is also a way for Renac Power to convey confidence and determination.
