1) Organization/address and contact information

2) Potential security risks/vulnerability descriptions

3) Technical details (such as system configuration, localization method, description/screenshot of Explorit, sample packet capture, PoC, steps for problem reproduction, etc.)

4) Reporting security risks/vulnerabilities by product, model, software/firmware version

5) Possible vulnerability disclosure plan
